Persona HR Ltd – Individual Training Plan

At PersonaHR we have an extensive individual training plan and can offer training brokerage for other companies

All staff are fully inducted (4-6hr interactive session) prior to starting any work with Persona HR.

All staff are placed on a Mentoring Scheme for their first 8 weeks of employment placements.

All staff are expected to undertake or have the following (dependent on what they do for a living):-

NVQ II Providing Security Services
NVQ II Spectator Safety at Events
NVQ II Customer Service
NVQ II Catering & Hospitality
NVQ I/II Cleaning & Support Services
NVQ II Cooking & Food Preparation
Food Hygiene

All staff must have or undertake NVQ II Customer Service regardless of what they work as

We then offer additional, progressional and optional career training in the following:-

NVQ III Catering & Hospitality
NVQ III Spectator Safety at Events
NVQ III Customer Service
PIT
Restraint

Physical Intervention

Fire Marshalls
Food Hygiene
First Aid
SIA
Health & Safety in the Workplace

We also run 3 Apprenticeships -  Spectator Safety @ Events Level II / Providing Security Services Level II / Customer Services Level IIAnnual intakes for 16-21 year olds consisting of work based placements, classroom learning and end qualifications of relative NVQ II, Key Skills & additional Industry qualification such as SIA Training or Food Hygiene Certificate.
