To REGISTER with Persona HR, All candidates need to supply the following:
* A Completed Application Form.*
* Proof of I.D, either: Passport or Birth Certificate (originals only).*
* Foreign Nationals: Visa / Home Office Documentation.*
* Any Relevant Certificates of Training/Qualifications.*
* S.I.A Badge.*
* ‘Enhanced’ C.R.B (Criminal Records Bureau Check).*
* Proof of Address.*
* 4 x COLOUR Passport Photo’s.*
* Reference Details.*
* Proof of National Insurance Number.*
* Bank or Building Society Details.*
* Registration Fee of £25
Upon SUCCESSFUL registration ALL Staff will be required to complete the following:
* P45/P46/P38*
* S.I.A License check*
* New Starter Form*
